1- Payment Methods
Pay Later (Default Policy at Launch)
- Client pays after the ride starts.
- Payment is collected in person by the chauffeur or through a payment link sent to the client on WhatsApp/email.
Accepted Payment Options:
- Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Debit Cards
- Cash (only in specific cases, must be requested in advance)
- Corporate invoicing (for registered companies or hotel partners only)
Future Plan (when scaling up):
- Payment integration through website and mobile app (secure online prepayments)
2- How Billing Works for Individual Clients
- At Booking: No charge is made. Client receives booking confirmation only.
- Before Ride: Reminder sent 24h before ride including payment options.
- During Ride: Chauffeur politely reminds client that payment is due at pickup/drop-off.
- After Ride (if needed): Chauffeur or SALIMO sends secure payment link (Stripe, Square, PayPal Business) immediately after completion.
3- How Billing Works for Hotels, Travel Agencies, and Corporates
- Monthly Invoicing:
Hotel concierges, travel agencies, and corporate clients will receive one consolidated monthly invoice for all completed rides.
Payment terms: Net 15 or Net 30 depending on the agreement. - Tracking Rides:
Rides booked by hotels or agencies are recorded under their client account in the SALIMO Booking Sheet.

4- Important Billing Notes

Late Payments | If payment is not made within 7 days, reminders are sent. After 15 days, a 5% late fee may apply (for corporate clients only). |
No-Show Charges | Full ride fee applies if client does not appear after 60 minutes without notification. |
Cancellation Charges | Free if canceled 24h+ before. 50% fee if canceled within 24h. |
Receipts | Emailed automatically after payment is made or collected manually by chauffeur. |
5- Invoices and Receipts
- Receipts will include:
- Ride Date and Time
- Pickup and Drop-off Locations
- Client Name
- Total Fare
- Payment Method
- Invoices for corporate clients will be branded with SALIMO Limousine logo and official details.
