Booking Flow Step-by-Step :
Overview:
- Since SALIMO focuses on luxury, flexibility, and personal service, bookings must be managed manually but systematically at the start — using WhatsApp, Email, and a Simple Internal Tracking Sheet.
This ensures:
- Full control over every ride
- Personal human service for VIP clients
- No expensive app development needed yet
1- Receiving a Booking (WhatsApp / Email)
- Client initiates conversation (mostly WhatsApp / sometimes email).
- SALIMO Agent (staff) asks all required booking questions:
- Pickup Location
- Drop-off Location / Tour Type
- Date and Time
- Number of Passengers
- Special Requests (child seat, luggage, etc.)
- Agent confirms everything with the client.
2- Filling the Booking Record
Use a simple SALIMO Booking Sheet (Google Sheets / Excel) that includes:

- Booking sheet is updated live — so everyone on the team sees the latest info.
3- Assigning the Ride to Chauffeur
- Based on availability, the Operations Manager assigns the booking to a chauffeur.
- Chauffeur receives Ride Order Sheet via WhatsApp or internal messaging.
- Chauffeur confirms “I have received and confirmed the ride”.
4- Sending Client Final Confirmation
On WhatsApp (1 day before the ride), SALIMO Agent sends:
Dear [Client Name], your ride with SALIMO Limousine is confirmed:
- Pickup: [Location]
- Drop-off: [Location]
- Date & Time: [Details]
- Chauffeur: [Chauffeur Name], Tesla Model Y
We look forward to serving you! ✨”**
5- Ride Day - Chauffeur Procedure
- Chauffeur arrives 10–15 minutes early.
- Chauffeur sends message to client:
“Your SALIMO chauffeur has arrived at [Location]. I am waiting for you at [specific spot].”
- Start the ride smoothly.
- Payment collected at pickup or drop-off as agreed.
6- Post-Ride Update
After the ride:
- Mark the booking COMPLETED in the Booking Sheet.
- Update payment status if needed.
- Simple, clean tracking of every ride.

8- Managing Bookings Rules
- Always confirm booking twice: once at booking, once 24 hours before pickup.
- Always re-check chauffeur assignment 1 day before the ride.
- Always have a backup chauffeur on call (for emergencies).
- Always log all details neatly into the SALIMO Booking Sheet.
